As part of 'girls club' Hayley has also practiced skills around wiping her bottom in the correct direction and until it is clean and participating in talks about who we allow close to us and who we do not.
Swimming
Learning Goals: Hayley will learn to hold the float correctly, kick with arms extended on her front. She will play in the water, relax and enjoy. Hayley will put her face under and begin to blow bubbles.
Hayley is learning to hold the board with straight arms and to kick fast so that her feet do not sink. She is also learning to float on her back with her head right back in the water so that she can float safely if she ended up in deep water. Hayley clearly enjoys the water and can swim under water using her arms and legs to move.
Fitness:
Hayley participated in physical activities with the goal of extending her fitness and well being by running or walking around the school field 2 or more times daily.
Hayley was a keen participant in this exercise and as a result of this extra activity became more energized.

PMP sessions this half of the year have focussed on teamwork, cooperation and decision making skills via a series of physical circuits, games and fun activities. Hayley is always a keen participant during these sessions and enjoys the interaction with others and/or myself. She is comfortable with communicating her likes and dislikes and is mostly able to attempt every activity with success. Hayley really enjoyed the fun activities of hula hoop challenges, musical hoops and games such as duck, duck goose. She is a delight to have in PMP.
